My Background:

The focus of my work is adolescents, young adults, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges while fostering growth, resilience, and deeper connections. My clinical experience spans inpatient, IOP/PHP, residential, and outpatient settings, where I have provided individual, group, and family therapy.

I integrate a variety of approaches, including CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, and trauma-focused interventions, while always centering the client’s lived experiences, cultural background, and personal goals. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with the tools to manage distress, improve relationships, and build lives aligned with their values. No matter the setting, my goal is the same: to meet my clients where they are, honor their story, and walk alongside them as they heal, grow, and thrive together.

Clinical Expertise

The therapeutic relationship is the heart of my work. I value the trust clients place in my and approach therapy with authenticity, warmth, and compassion. I believe that meaningful change comes from curiosity, collaboration, and the courage to explore new ways of understanding ourselves and others.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I know life can feel overwhelming at times, and I’ve seen the power of simply having someone who listens without judgment and helps make sense of what feels heavy. That’s what led me to this work and keeps me passionate about it every day. Outside of being a therapist, I’m a coach, parent, wife, and big baseball fan. I love spending time with my family, traveling, and working on my podcast, The Dapper Mindset, where I share conversations about mental health and everyday life.
