Over the last 11 years I have helped individuals, couples and families experience more fulfilling and enriched lives by employing a holistic therapeutic approach. Together, we explore long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing the life you want.
Leveraging my academic background in heart-centered healing, mindfulness, and clinical modalities such as IFS, CBT and Psychodynamic theory, we apply complementary therapy approaches and techniques to help you better understand and resolve challenges in your life. While we can not change difficult situations of the past, I can help you to uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.
As a native of the Washington, DC area, I had the pleasure of attending the University of Maryland for both my undergraduate and graduate work. I earned a B.S. in Public Health with a focus on community health and wellness, as well as a Masters of Social Work with a focus in clinical mental health. In 2010, I became a certified LMSW. I have led numerous workshops in a variety of forums including topics of health and wellness, dating and relationships, and self-image.
